Hi, I'm Myriam!
The head Chocolatier at McCormick Bakery & Chocolate Factory.
After returning from Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2011, where I completed my second career as Chef and Chef Chocolatier, I opened my bakery and chocolate factory in my hometown, Tegucigalpa, Honduras
Good food and good moments with family and friends have always been my passion. As I recall, this is something I learned from my grandmother, who taught me much of her culinary knowledge and the great importance of doing what you love with great passion, like planning a meal for your loved ones. It is in her honor, that the company resembles her last name.
Participating at the 2017 Salon du Chocolat in Paris, made me know that the company was ready for bigger markets and that the time had come to put Honduran cacao and chocolate on the map. We are now ready to open our company in the DC|MD|VA area in the US and serve you from our online store.
It is my hope that you enjoy each and every chocolate we make with great passion for you.
